This policy explains the general conditions for cancellations, billing and refunds applicable to SubliCloud subscriptions.
2. Trial period
During a free trial, no subscription will be charged unless the customer voluntarily upgrades before expiration.
3. Paid subscriptions
Paid subscriptions enable access according to the subscribed plan and its limits.
4. Cancellation
The customer company may request cancellation or non-renewal through the available platform flow or commercial channel.
5. Refunds
Unless required by law or expressly authorized, amounts already billed for started service periods are non-refundable.
6. Billing errors
If you detect a duplicate or anomalous charge, you may contact SubliCloud for review.
7. Add-ons and additional modules
Modules or special configurations purchased separately may have specific commercial conditions.
